Onboarding Administrator (33696) -

    On-Boarding Administrator 

    Permanent, Full-time, Monday - Friday

    North Bristol/Hybrid Working

    The Role

    The purpose of this role is to provide on-boarding services including the issuing of the contract of employment and the completion of all pre-employment screening activities to support the successful recruitment of new employees joining Bupa or moving roles within the business.

    Responsibilities

    • Ensure all the relevant compliance and onboarding documentation has been received to progress the offer of employment through the relevant HR system
    • Issue accurate and compliant contracts of employment
    • Issue the appropriate documentation and links to the candidate
    • Request the appropriate Screening package to be instigated
    • Maintains regular oversight of the progress of the screening activity to conclusion
    • Establishes and maintains a strong relationship with the candidate to deliver an outstanding candidate experience
    • Make the candidate aware of the customer journey and clearly articulate what is required of them
    • Ensure that the candidate is kept informed of progress, maintaining regular contact with them via various communication channels
    • Ensure that all documents are accurately recorded on the relevant systems
    • Ensured that the documented processes are followed to ensure that Bupa are compliant with regulatory and audit requirements
    • Ensure that the relevant HR system is accurately updated
    • Supports new team members with their development.
    • Form strong relationships across all Bupa functions, gaining insight into their business and understanding their challenges
    • Working with your colleagues, leadership team, and wider teams to promote a continuous improvement culture, to improve processes and ways of working which benefit the team, customer and business.

    Skills/Experience

    • Experience of working in a Customer Service Environment
    • Previous administration experience in a volume transactional environment.
    • Confident using Excel
