Financial Ops Performance Analyst
Hybrid role (Bristol Support Centre/ Manchester Bupa Place/ London Angel Court/ Leeds Kirkstall Forge)
The Role
To assist with providing weekly and monthly analysis for Revenue and profitability for the Dental Group vs AOP
and vs PY. Focusing on KPI's and key trends as to what has happened in the period and what are the areas of
focus in future.
Accountabilities / Responsibilities
• Assist the ‘Finance Operational Performance BP’ in working closely with Operations in order to drive
revenue growth in practices/ campuses/ areas and regions.
• Focus on the different revenue streams, such as NHS/ Private/ Subscription/ UKI and analyse the
performance vs target, and areas for operations to focus in order to meet AOP.
• Assist in producing Revenue and KPI specific slides for key management packs, such as the BPC,
Performance Health slides and for meetings with Operations, in order to ensure the correct message is
being conveyed as to focus areas to drive revenue growth.
• Produce high quality, accurate and informed Business Cases.
• Attend and provide input to select key operational meetings, such as with Regional and Area managers
• Provide support with the annual practice level budgets, specifically focusing on revenue, challenging
assumptions, growth and opportunities, in order to deliver business objectives.
• Provide ad hoc support to the Head of Finance.
Qualifications/Experience
• Qualified/ Part Qualified accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA/ AAT)
• Strong analytical skills
• Advanced Excel and data review skills (modelling, pivot tables)
• PowerPoint and presentational skills
• Comfortable explaining finance concepts to non-finance people and building strong working
relationships
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects at the same time
