We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Trainee Dental Nurse to join Dundalk Orthodontics on a full-time, 12-month fixed-term contract. As a Trainee Dental Nurse, you will work closely with our experienced orthodontic clinicians, supporting the delivery of high-quality treatments while developing your skills in a professional, supportive environment that places dental excellence and patient comfort at its core.
Key Responsibilities

Providing chair-side support to clinicians during a wide range of orthodontic treatments, while learning best clinical practices.

Supporting the delivery of exceptional patient care, ensuring comfort, reassurance, and a positive experience for every patient.

Learning and adhering to strict clinical governance, infection control, decontamination, and sterilisation protocols in line with regulatory standards.

Preparing, setting up, and maintaining treatment rooms to support efficient, high-standard clinical care.

Updating and maintaining accurate patient records using modern, computerised dental software.

Assisting with reception and front-of-house duties when required, including appointment booking, patient communication, and general administrative support.
