About the Role

We're excited to welcome a motivated Apprentice Dental Nurse to our team at Bupa Dental Care Diss. Working alongside experienced clinicians and mentors like Stacey Redden, you’ll gain hands-on experience while completing your dental nurse training.

This is a full‑time apprenticeship (37.5 hours per week), with the following working pattern:

• Monday: 6 hours
• Tuesday: 8 hours
• Wednesday: 8 hours
• Thursday: 8 hours
• Friday: 7.5 hours
• Plus: 1 Saturday per month

You'll be part of a supportive, patient‑focused environment delivering high‑quality NHS and private care.

• Other nearby stops include Roydon Road, Superstore, and Diss Bus Station (all within a 10‑minute walk).

• Greater Anglia trains serve Diss station, with connecting buses and a short onward walk helping you reach the practice.

What is the role of Apprentice Dental Nurse at Bupa?

Our Dental Nurse Apprenticeship will support and provide you with the necessary Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours on your journey to becoming a GDC registered qualified dental nurse. This includes;

• Enabling you to provide the best patient care from the moment someone walks into one of our practices until the point they leave.
• Supporting our Dental professionals, and providing them with the necessary chair-side assistance, enabling them to deliver the highest level of patient care.
• Working as an Apprentice Dental Nurse means you can "earn whilst you learn".

What qualifications you will achieve as an Apprentice Dental Nurse?

You will achieve a Level 3 qualification following an 18-24 month training programme. Before taking your end-point assessment, you must achieve level 2 English and Maths (equivalent to GCSEs at grades A* to C) if you have not already achieved them and can provide evidence confirming this.
