Dental Receptionist

We are seeking an experienced Dental Receptionist to join our friendly and professional team at Bupa Dental Care Cannon Street.
Our practice is a fully private,5 surgery clinic located in the heart of the City of London, with a strong reputation for delivering exceptional patient care and specialist services, including oral surgery.
Working Hours
- Tuesday: 8:15am to 5:45pm
- Wednesday: 8:15am to 5:45pm
- Thursday: 8:15am to 5:45pm
- Friday: 8:15am to 5:15pm
- Saturday: 8:45am to 3:30pm
This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and customer-focused dental receptionist who thrives in a busy private practice environment. You'll play a key role in creating a welcoming experience for our patients, managing appointments, and supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the practice.
What we're looking for
- Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist is essential
- Strong knowledge of dental practice procedures and patient administration
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A professional, organised, and proactive approach
- Experience with dental practice management systems would be advantageous
