Full-Time | 43.5 hours per week

• Monday: 7:45am - 6:15pm
• Tuesday: 7:45am - 6:15pm
• Wednesday: 7:45am - 6:15pm
• Thursday: 7:45am - 6:15pm
• Friday: 7:45am - 1:15pm

As a Lead Dental Nurse, you'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the practice while mentoring and guiding fellow team members. Our Peterborough Bushfield practice offers a welcoming and professional environment where teamwork is at the heart of everything we do. You'll work alongside experienced clinicians and a dedicated support team, giving you the opportunity to develop your leadership skills while helping to provide outstanding care to our patients.

Requirements

• GDC registered Dental Nurse with strong communication skills and a caring, empathetic approach
• Confident team leader who thrives in a collaborative, patient-focused environment
• Supports the daily running of the nursing team, ensuring clinical excellence, safety, and compliance
