The Role
As Central Operations Coordinator, you will support and coordinate the delivery of transformation projects across the business. Your role is essential in providing effective communication and expertise to ensure high-quality services, desired outcomes, and improved efficiencies, all while staying aligned with Performance Health.
You will proactively support the coordination of business improvement initiatives, contributing to workstreams, projects, and teams to ensure that business strategies can be successfully operationalised.

Responsibilities
- Communication: Enable effective delivery of communication, ensuring alignment to the operation and Performance Health.
- Information Management: Enable critical sources of central information and process, ensuring data accuracy and a consistent, professional approach.
- Operational Collaboration: Collaborate to enable operational activity, ensuring teams have the right knowledge at the right time to achieve results, while highlighting risks, duplication, and business impact.
- Continuous Improvement: Support continuous improvement projects that enable operational transformation.
- Business Efficiency: Enable effective day-to-day activities and collaborate to develop new processes and existing systems to make the company more efficient, sustainable, and customer-centric.
- Operational Support: Provide reactive support and act as a point of escalation for unplanned scenarios and compliance concerns.
- Project Implementation: Support the implementation of key projects into operations, ensuring they align with strategy and represent the voice of our People and Practices.
- Meetings & Facilitation: Attend and participate in meetings to present, facilitate, and clarify content, ensuring relevant audience attendance and engagement.
- Group Collaboration: Collaborate with and support Bupa Group in cross-unit initiatives and processes.
- Representation: Represent the department, function, and business at Group events.
About You
Experience & Skills
- Operational & Project Coordination: Proven experience in coordinating operations and projects.
- Problem Solving & Analysis: Proven research and analysis skills, with the ability to read, understand, and create data to generate insights.
- Communication: Ability to work with and communicate effectively with all levels of the organisation to give confidence and clarity to key stakeholders. You demonstrate confidence in communicating key insights through verbal, written, and visual media, and are proficient in core Microsoft products.
- Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain effective relationships across the organisation. You can demonstrate good influencing skills to effectively create, execute, and deliver collaborative work, ensuring agreed outcomes are met within specified timeframes while promoting collaborative working wherever possible.
- Self-Management: A demonstrated ability to self-manage your time on a day-to-day and week-by-week basis to effectively execute and deliver on projects, workstreams, and operational focuses.
