Receptionist – Quay Dental Galway (Monday to Friday)

We are currently looking for a dedicated Receptionist to join our friendly team at Quay Dental in Galway, working Monday to Friday. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

What your typical day will look like:

• Welcoming and assisting patients, creating a positive and professional first impression

• Managing appointment bookings and adjustments, handling telephone and front-desk enquiries

• Maintaining accurate patient records and supporting the clinical and management team

• Promoting available dental services and patient offers

• Processing payments and handling general administrative tasks

• Ensuring confidentiality and sensitivity when accessing patient information

About you:

• Calm, professional, and organised—especially in a busy, fast-paced environment

• Previous experience in reception or administration

• Personable and enthusiastic, with a genuine customer-first approach

• Confident using Microsoft Outlook and Word

• Experience with SOE/R4 software is an advantage (not essential)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
