Full-time, Permanent
Hybrid role with travel to Bristol or London 1-2 times a month
The Role
The Digital Change Manager is responsible for orchestrating cross-functional Digital Transformation Initiatives, collaborating with product owners, other departments, and stakeholders to align priorities, allocate resources, and drive successful outcomes across multiple cross-functional and agile delivery teams.
We are looking for an experienced project manager with Agile expertise to lead the development of digital solutions, within a collaborative team that operates at a fast pace to solve problems and build a better future for our patients and business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead digital project development and execution within budget and schedule, collaborating with cross-functional teams, both within BDC and across the BGUK market unit.
- Ensure changes are implemented smoothly and effectively across BDC and Market Units, including communication, training, and transition/roll-out activities, gaining buy-in within complex multi-team environments.
- Drive the digital strategy alongside the Head of Digital Transformation and Product Owners, encompassing roadmap development, execution, risk management, and inter-project dependency oversight.
- Adapt traditional processes and change management approaches to suit the iterative and collaborative nature of Agile methodologies.
- Articulate project scope, requirements, and timings in a manner clearly understandable to IT/development teams, Operational teams, cross-functional teams, and third-party suppliers, to ensure project goals are met and seamless digital journeys are delivered to surprise and delight our customers. Influencing and motivating towards cultural change and digital transformation.
- Provide coordination to support working groups and steering committees, including agenda preparation, sessions organization, follow-up actions, and appropriate escalation.
- Deliver projects that improve our NPS and follow design thinking approach.
- Define, measure and own digital project plans, metrics and KPI’s to drive results and impact according to the Commercial business plan.
- Maintain a deep understanding of market trends, customer needs and latest cutting-edge technology within Digital Health.
- Conduct technology assessments and recommended solutions to improve our digital presence and customer engagement.
- Gather and analyse user feedback and data insights to inform and deliver digital projects and journeys enhancements.
- Identify revenue growth opportunities whilst delivering customer value.
Skills/Experience
- Significant experience in leading and delivering large-scale digital projects and change in a complex and matrix business environment. Complemented by a strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Agile certification preferred).
- Proven experience driving enablement and/or adoption strategies for integrated technology solutions.
- Successful execution of change management plans to embed change across organizations.
- Strong tech background, familiarity with development and delivery of web/mobile applications
- Commercially driven, with excellent communication and leadership skills, to inspire, influence and engage cross-functional internal and external teams.
- A passion for innovation: consistent proven history of strategic and innovative thinking
- Strong analytical skills with customer focused approach
