What you'll be doing:

• Leading and supporting a highly engaged team

• Managing day-to-day operations of a busy dental practice

What we’re looking for:

• Previous management or team leadership experience (healthcare or dental preferred, but not essential)

• A confident, proactive mindset with excellent communication skills

• Ability to inspire and lead a team in a patient-focused environment
