QA Analyst (33733) -

    QA Analyst

    12 month FTC

    Hybrid role - occasional travel to our Bristol office

    The Role

    Working as part of an Agile Scrum Team the role of the QA Analyst is to ensure that our bespoke products are delivered to the highest quality. You will be involved in the full Software Development Life Cycle and will use your excellent communication and collaboration skills to ensure that the Scrum Team delivers valuable increments of functionality to our stakeholders.

    Responsibilities

    • Review software requirements and prepare test scenarios
    • Create and manage test data
    • Execute tests
    • Analyse test results and report bugs
    • Perform Functional Testing to a high standard
    • Knowledge and experience of Non-Functional Testing techniques
    • Provide input about software requirements, product design, and potential issues
    • Prepare test deliverables and walk-throughs
    • Demonstrating the ability to test throughout the entire SDLC from User Story through to Production

    Skills/experience

    • ISTQB Certified Tester
    • Attention to detail.
    • Communication and Collaboration.
    • Knowledge of manual testing techniques such as Black Box, White Box, Acceptance and Integration.
    • Manual testing techniques such as Exploratory Testing.
      Playwright Automation testing experience.
    • Design, create and review automated tests
    • Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
    • API testing, Load and Performance testing.
    • Familiar with databases: SQL Server, able to read and construct SQL queries.
    • Experience using Microsoft Azure DevOps
    • Understanding of CI/CD principles.
