Dental Receptionist
Location: Bupa Dental Care, Newcastle Upon Tyne
Working Hours:

Monday: 08:30 – 17:30

Friday: 08:30 – 17:30
(Part-time, 2 days per week)
Bupa Dental Care is looking for a Dental Receptionist to join our welcoming and professional team in Newcastle Upon Tyne. As the first point of contact for our patients, you’ll play a vital role in creating a positive and efficient experience from the moment they walk through the door.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet patients in a friendly and professional manner

Manage appointments, patient check-ins, and records

Handle incoming calls, emails, and patient enquiries

Support the clinical team with day-to-day admin tasks
-
Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming reception area
About You:
-
Customer-facing experience is essential (dental or healthcare setting is a plus)

Confident, polite, and professional communication skills
-
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
-
Ability to multitask in a busy environment
-
Comfortable using computer systems (training will be provided)

Your skills and experience
- Ability to be positive and professional in a fast-paced environment
- Previous administration or receptionist experience, preferably within a healthcare setting
- Strong communication skills face to face, via telephone and email
- Proficient with Microsoft Word and Outlook with overall strong organisation skills
- Previous experience with promoting company products and services
- Preferred Dentally experience
