Our culture values being brave, caring, and responsible, offering an inclusive workplace with flexible working and development opportunities. You will join a team committed to making a positive impact on health and wellbeing.

Candidates with experience in a fast-paced service or retail environment will find this role particularly well-suited to their skills, especially if they have a proven track record in managing website optimisation plans and AB tests. This position is crucial for maintaining Bupa Dental Care’s leading edge by applying advanced analytical techniques to drive decisions and improve overall digital effectiveness.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage implementation of CRO website improvements (making content updates in Sitecore).
    • Launch AB tests in Adobe Target and VWO, and monitor and report on impact.
    • Run CRO sessions with the wider digital team and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to brainstorm ideas and implement recommendations.
    • End-to-end management of the website tracking process.
    • Serve as a primary contact for digital performance, regularly engaging with various stakeholders to discuss strategies and results, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
    • Support the transition and implementation of new analytics systems, ensuring seamless data continuity and enhanced reporting capabilities.
    • Produce regular and ad hoc web performance and campaign reports for various stakeholders.
    • Implement and manage a robust benchmarking process to compare Bupa Dental Care's digital performance across the group and against industry standards and competitors, identifying opportunities for growth and optimisation.
    • Lead the ongoing monitoring and enhancement of website health, focusing on reducing technical and accessibility issues across various Bupa Dental Care platforms.
    • Run crawl reports using Screaming Frog to continuously assess and rectify common technical SEO issues such as missing H1 tags, 404 errors, broken links, and canonical issues.
    • Assess and rectify website accessibility issues from Crown Peak reports.
    • Maintain strong relationships with Bupa UK and third-party agencies, effectively briefing and collaborating on fixes and enhancements.

    Skills/Experience

    • Degree in Digital Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
    • Professional Certifications in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager preferred.
    • Proficient with data analysis tools such as GA4 and FullStory; and data visualisation tools such as Looker Studio.
    • Experience using marketing intelligence platforms such as Supermetrics or Funnel.io preferred.
    • Proficient with web optimisation and AB testing tools such as Adobe Target or VWO.
    • Good working knowledge of SEO (particularly technical SEO).
    • Experience running technical SEO crawls with Screaming Frog preferred.
    • Good understanding of website code such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
    • Experience using CMS platforms (ideally Sitecore) preferred.
    • Demonstrable experience optimising large-scale websites, including monitoring health, troubleshooting issues, and implementing enhancements to improve performance and user experience.
    • Strong project management skills with experience leading digital projects from conception through to execution, including coordinating with various stakeholders and managing timelines and budgets.
    • Familiarity with the healthcare sector can be advantageous, especially understanding compliance and regulatory requirements affecting digital activities in healthcare.
