Technical Training Consultant
Full-time, Permanent
Mainly remote with occasional travel for practice visits and team meetings every 5–6 weeks in Bristol.
The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Technical Training Consultant to design, develop, and deliver high-quality training solutions for our IT applications, including Dentally, ICMS/CUPS, Lab systems, CRM, and more. This role is ideal for someone with a background in healthcare or dental services, instructional design, and IT training.

Experience/Skills
Essential
· Excellent presentation and communication skills. · Strong organisational and time management abilities. · High attention to detail and quality. · Ability to adapt training to various learning styles and technical proficiencies. · Understanding of instructional design principles. · Proficiency with training tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Articulate, or similar platforms. · Strong MS Office skills |
Desirable
· Experience in Dental/Healthcare, Training and Instructional Design, or Information Technology. · Proven experience as a Training Consultant, Learning Designer, or in a similar role advantageous. · Familiarity with dental or healthcare environments is highly desirable. |
