Role: Dental Nurse

As a Dental Nurse at our practice, you will play a key role in supporting clinicians and delivering exceptional patient care. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing clinical chair-side support to dentists during a variety of dental treatments.

• Ensuring all clinical and regulatory requirements are met, including instrument decontamination and sterilisation protocols.

• Updating and maintaining accurate patient records.

• Setting up, preparing, and maintaining treatment rooms and assisting with decontamination of instruments.

• Delivering excellent patient care,  particularly focusing on comfort and reassurance for nervous or anxious patients.

• Performing reception duties when required (e.g., appointment bookings, patient communication, general front-of-house support).

Who We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will be:

• A qualified dental nurse, with previous experience in a dental nursing role.

• Personable, positive, enthusiastic — with a strong customer focus and excellent communication skills.

• Able to work 3 days per week, with a flexible/rotating schedule to meet practice needs.

• Comfortable working both clinically (chair-side support, instrument decontamination) and administratively (reception duties as needed).
