🦷 Your Role as Lead Dental Nurse

Support the Practice Manager and clinicians in the day-to-day running of the practice
Lead, mentor, and support the nursing team
Ensure compliance with CQC and clinical governance standards
Deliver exceptional chairside support and patient care
Drive a positive, high-performing team culture

GDC Registered Dental Nurse
Previous experience in a senior or lead role (or ready to step up!)
Strong organisational and leadership skills
A proactive, positive attitude with a passion for teamwork

Lead Dental Nurse skills and experience:

• Confident leading a team
• GDC Registered
• Preferred Dentally experience
• Ensure CQC requirements are met and manage audits
• Oversee reception and staff rotas
• Update patient records
• Set up decontamination of instruments
• Provide clinical chair-side support to dentists
• Undertake some reception duties
• Personable, positive and enthusiastic with a great customer focus
• Strong communication skills
• Provide excellent patient care
