Field Dental Nurse

We have a new opportunity within Smiles Dental to work as a Field Dental Nurse supporting our local practices. We are offering an attractive salary package and €200 per month in car allowance.

As a Field Dental Nurse, you’ll be benefiting from an experienced practice team and exceptional development and opportunities to take you as far as you want to go; and that’s just to mention a few.

Field Dental Nurse responsibilities:

• Providing clinical chairside support to dentists
• Working in multiple locations within a 1hour 30mins radius of your base practice
• Ensuring requirements are met
• Providing excellent patient care
• Updating patient records
• Setting up decontamination of instruments
• Reception duties

Who we’re looking for:

• Dental Nurse experience required – either hold a qualification in Dental Nursing or a minimum of 3 years’ experience
• Radiography qualification desirable
• Experience in specialist fields desirable; endo, sedation, implants, orthodontics
• Personable, positive and enthusiastic with a great customer focus
• Preferred SOE/R4 experience
• Strong communication skills
• Leadership skills
• Coaching & mentoring skills
• Good collaborator & team player
• Able to demonstrate a strong understanding of compliance
• IT literate, good written skills & able to generate reports
• Full driving license and access to own car/transport
