    Position: Full Time, 40 Hours per Week

    Working Pattern

    • Monday: 07:45 - 17:15
    • Tuesday: Day Off
    • Wednesday: 09:45 - 18:30
    • Thursday: 07:45 - 19:00
    • Friday: 07:45 - 16:00
    • Saturday: 07:45 - 13:00

    About the Role

    We are looking for a GDC Qualified Dental Nurse to join our friendly team as a Lead Dental Nurse / Treatment Coordinator. This is an exciting leadership opportunity within a busy NHS and private practice, where you will play a key role in supporting both patients and the wider clinical team. As a Lead Dental Nurse and Treatment Coordinator, you will help deliver exceptional patient care, support the day-to-day running of the practice, and guide patients through their treatment journey with confidence and professionalism.

    Lead Dental Nurse skills and experience:

    • Confident leading a team
    • GDC Registered
    • Preferred Dentally experience
    • Ensure CQC requirements are met and manage audits
    • Oversee reception and staff rotas
    • Update patient records
    • Set up decontamination of instruments
    • Provide clinical chair-side support to dentists
    • Undertake some reception duties
    • Personable, positive and enthusiastic with a great customer focus
    • Strong communication skills
    • Provide excellent patient care
