β What You’ll Do

Be the friendly face and point of contact for patients throughout their treatment journey

Support the Practice Manager and clinical team with the smooth running of the day-to-day

Schedule and manage treatment appointments and diaries like a pro

Record and track implant referrals with attention to detail

Build and maintain great relationships with local dental practices

Help coordinate open evenings, educational sessions, and study days (we love a good event!)

Excellent communication and people skills

Strong organisational and administrative abilities

Confidence using IT systems (Outlook, Excel, Word)

Experience in a dental or healthcare setting is a bonus—but not essential

A can-do attitude and willingness to get stuck in!
