Dental Treatment Coordinator
Location: Bupa Dental Care, Moortown
Contract: Full-time, Monday to Friday (8:45 AM – 5:30 PM)
We’re looking for a motivated and creative Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our friendly team at Bupa Dental Care Moortown. This is a varied and rewarding role that blends patient care, admin, and content creation.
What you’ll be doing:
🦷 Patient Journey & Admin Support
- Coordinate appointments and manage referrals across 4 practices
- Act as a key contact for patients, ensuring a smooth experience from inquiry to aftercare
- Support the clinical team with patient communications, confirmations, and feedback
- Track the full treatment journey to help deliver exceptional care
📸 Content Creation & Marketing
- Visit each practice 1 day per month to gather content (photos, videos, case studies)
- Create and schedule engaging content across social media, newsletters, and websites
- Design visuals and campaigns for key promotions (e.g. Invisalign, whitening)
- Provide support to the team via Teams with ideas, monthly showcases, and content coordination
- Ensure brand consistency and drive awareness of our services online

Treatment Coordinator responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for new private patients to the practice; and existing patients expressing an interest in specialist treatments
- Confidently discuss the treatment and fees involved
- Deliver a high-quality service to ensure patient satisfaction and maximum contribution to practice efficiency, effectiveness, and profitability
- Be a champion of customer satisfaction and coach team members on best practice
- Coordinate’s dentist appointments throughout the treatment plan
- Establish and maintain productive working relationships with all members of the practice team
- Play a key role in the practice leadership team, supporting and deputising for the Practice Manager
Your skills and experience
- Extensive clinical knowledge of treatments provided within a healthcare setting
- Strong and confident communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to clearly understand and communicate complex treatment plans, procedures and requirements
- Previous experience of delivering an outstanding service in a customer facing role
- Proven strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to deal with a broad range of people
- CQC/GDC registered, and knowledge of dental practice management systems is desirable
