Bupa Dental Care – Morpeth & Darras Hall (Campus Role)
Fixed Term – 6 Months (with view to go permanent)
Full Time | Monday – Friday | 9:00am – 5:00pm
Are you passionate about patient care and looking to take your dental career in a new direction? We're looking for a friendly, organised, and confident Dental Treatment Coordinator (TCO) to join our supportive team across our Morpeth and Darras Hall practices.
This is a campus-based role covering both sites – variety guaranteed!

Monday to Friday – No weekends or late nights!

You’ll play a key role in the patient journey – supporting consultations, explaining treatment plans, and ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for every patient

Treatment Coordinator responsibilities
- Communicate with patients and provide support throughout their patient journey
- Support the Practice Manager and clinical team with the smooth running of the practice
- Record and monitor all implant referrals to the practice
- Managing diary appointments and treatment schedules
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with local practices
- Co-ordinating meetings, educational programmes, study days, and open evenings
- Reception duties
Skills and experience
- Personable, positive and enthusiastic with a great customer focus
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Previous administrative experience
- Competent using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Dental nursing experience desirable
