    Job Title: Digital Content Editor

    Job Type: Permanent/Full-time

    Hybrid working, with occasional travel to our Bristol support centre office 

     

    Job Purpose:

    As Digital Content Editor, you'll help bring the Bupa Dental Care digital content strategy to life, creating content that engages target audiences and supports conversion across our digital channels, including Google Business Profiles.

    You'll play a key role in ensuring digital content is published accurately and on time within the CMS, while meeting brand, clinical and governance standards. From initial concept and publication through to retrospective and review, you'll help deliver high-quality content that supports a consistent and effective digital experience.

     

    Accountabilities & Activities:

    • Publish and maintain website content within the CMS, ensuring accuracy, consistency and high quality across all pages and journeys
    • Support the content optimisation for all Bupa Dental Care brands through SEO best practice, content hygiene and performance insight.
    • Deliver content in line with agreed briefs, ensuring it follows the brand guidelines, legislation and SLAs.
    • Ensure all-around compliance with brand guidelines, accessibility standards, clinical governance and regulatory requirements.
    • Work closely with wider team [internal and external] to implement content plans effectively.
    • Support practice launches and local updates, working collaboratively with regional and practice stakeholders.
    • Identify and action technical SEO and accessibility improvements, using system reports and auditing tools to resolve content issues
    • Manage updates to local digital presence, including maintaining and amending Google Business Profile (GMB) listings to ensure accuracy and consistency
    • Proactively flag content and technical issues encountered during BAU work, fixing where possible and escalating as appropriate
    • Maintain good CMS hygiene by following CMS best practice, including correct naming conventions, tidy page structures and removal of outdated or duplicate content
    • Work collaboratively with Local Marketing Managers, Area Managers, Practice Managers and other members of the team to deliver on local marketing plans

     

    Qualifications, Training & Experience:

    Mandatory: 

    • Educated to degree level, or equivalent
    • Good understanding of SEO accessibility and content best practice
    • Solid technical understanding of website systems - experienced in publishing and using Sitecore CMS and html
    • Good communication skills, confident working with stakeholders
    • Strong attention to detail and high standards of written accuracy
    • Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Search Console) desirable
    • Ability to manage multiple requests and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
    • Excellent written English
