    Clinical Digital Development Manager

    Full-time, Permanent

    Remote role with regular travel (3-4 times a week) to our dental practices across the UK and Ireland - car allowance offered.

    As Clinical Digital Development Manager, your role is to work alongside the field operational and clinical teams to train and support practice teams on the use of intra oral scanners and wider clinical digital workflows, to maximise utilisation of the scanners to support an enhanced patient journey, improved practice efficiency and to drive high value treatments.

    Responsibilities 

    Working Strategically - Work with the ROD and AM team to identify opportunities to improve IOS utilisation and digital workflow implementation to grow the business through an increase in adoption of digital workflows via routine, restorative and high value treatments. Delivering face to face training sessions, remote webinars and practice visits to engage and upskill the practice teams.

    Products and Services - Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products, services and overall vision and identify ways to reach targets for Implants, clear aligners and overall revenue using IOS and digital workflows. Implement strategies for clinical products and services as and when required.

    Knowledge of the operating model - Understand how the practices operate and understand their needs to achieve targets and objectives. Being present in practices, spending time with teams to really identify the gaps, areas for improvement and support with executions of plans to aid company growth.

    Monitor, Report and Cascade - On market and industry trends, competitor activity and customer feedback to help shape plans for increasing reach and aiding our growth. It should be presented to relevant forums to decide next steps based on findings, this will help shape how we target and grow with the support of marketing.

    Working Relationships - Build strong and productive relationships with clients, partners, operations, labs and key stakeholders; collaborate with cross functional teams to develop and execute business plans. Attend face to face meetings across the business and visit practice teams on a consistent basis. Build strong relationships with stakeholders within key 3rd party suppliers to maximise partnership ways of working.

    Skills/Experience

    • GDC registered or experience in a clinical dental environment with a sound understanding of IOS and digital workflows.
    • Experience in holding both 121 and group training sessions, both face to face and remotely.
    • Ability to lead change and embed new ways of working to drive performance.
    • Excellent relationship management skills, evidenced through stakeholder management and successful cross-collaboration.

    • Excellent communication, can connect with big audiences, key negotiation skills, and excellent presentation skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, this role will involve a lot of collaboration but independent working also required and good use of own initiative.
    • Strong organisational skills and time management skills with the ability to be agile when working with multiple deadlines.
    • Willingness to travel and be present in the field with practice teams.
    • Confident in data analytics, using data to influence our business decisions and next projects or areas for growth.
