    Product Marketing Manager

    Full-time, Permanent 

    Hybrid role – mainly working from home, with occasional travel (around 1–2 times a month) for team days in Bristol or London.

    The Role 

    As an integral member of the Bupa Dental Care Marketing team, the Product Marketing Manager is responsible for growing the presence and uptake of our high-value treatments, with a focus on Orthodontics and Cosmetic Dentistry across our portfolio of practices.

    This role plays a key part in enhancing brand awareness, driving patient engagement, and supporting market share growth through effective marketing activity. You’ll work closely with marketing, commercial, Product, Clinical and Operations teams to evolve and refine our offerings in these areas, ensuring alignment with wider business objectives.

    The role requires a strategic marketing manager who can manage multiple priorities, campaigns and projects, ensuring consistent brand messaging and effective delivery across channels, while working collaboratively across teams.

    Previous experience in a fast-paced service or retail environment is advantageous for supporting the needs of our 360+ dental practices

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and refine product marketing strategy for orthodontic and cosmetic dentistry, ensuring offerings are distinctive, effective and aligned to patient needs
    • Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform positioning and strategic decision-making
    • Increase brand awareness for orthodontic and cosmetic dentistry through targeted campaigns aligned to Bupa brand values
    • Work closely with product category managers on propositions and go-to-market plans
    • Build and manage supplier relationships to support marketing activity, product provision and innovation
    • Act as a subject matter expert, staying up to date with industry trends, technology and regulatory changes
    • Benchmark and share best practice across the group to support wider implementation
    • Plan and deliver multi-channel marketing activity, ensuring a consistent, well-coordinated approach
    • Partner with performance and content teams to develop online strategy and enhance digital presence
    • Monitor and report on campaign performance, using insights to refine activity and improve outcomes
    • Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of marketing activity
    • Ensure all activity meets regulatory and ethical standards and reflects Bupa’s values
    • Line manage a Senior Marketing Executive, supporting delivery of the strategy and their development

    Skills/Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field
    • Extensive marketing management experience, ideally within dental, healthcare, retail or other FCA-regulated service industries 
    • In-depth knowledge of orthodontic and cosmetic treatments advantageous
    • Proven track record of delivering successful multi-channel marketing campaigns aligned to business objectives
    • Experience in performance marketing and working with digital teams to enhance online strategies
    • Strong stakeholder management across multiple business units
    • Experience managing budgets and using resources effectively
    • Skilled in market research and competitor analysis to inform strategy and decision-making
    • Experience managing direct reports, including day-to-day leadership, recruitment, onboarding, performance management and wellbeing
