    Salesforce Platform Manager/Product Owner

    Full Time/Permanent

    Hybrid - occasional travel to our Bristol office

    The Salesforce Platform Manager/Product Owner role is to lead the strategic direction and day-to-day management of the Salesforce platform within the Bupa Dental UK business. The Platform Manager/Product Owner will work closely with stakeholders across the business to define the product roadmap, prioritise features, and ensure the Salesforce platform delivers maximum value to support business targets and improve workflows throughout Bupa Dental UK.

    Key responsibilities will include:

    The Salesforce Platform Manager will have:

    • in-depth understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, licensing models, and ecosystem
    • mastered the ability to translate business requirements into technical user stories and
    • acceptance criteria
    • the ability to understand the strategic scope and dependencies across multiple Salesforce
    • clouds and integrations
    • subject matter expertise in Agile product ownership methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
    • strong understanding of Salesforce release cycles and change management processes

    The Salesforce Platform Manager will be able to:

    • define and maintain a product backlog with clear prioritisation
    • facilitate sprint planning, refinement, and review sessions
    • manage stakeholder expectations and communicate platform roadmap effectively
    • make data-driven decisions using Salesforce reports and analytics
    • given a complex business requirement, design a solution approach and coordinate delivery

    The Salesforce Platform Manager will:

    • champion user adoption and drive continuous improvement initiatives
    • build strong relationships with business stakeholders and technical teams
    • provide clear direction and remove blockers for the delivery team
    • balance competing priorities and manage scope effectively
    • promote best practices in Salesforce governance and data quality

    What we are looking for:

    Essential:

    • Salesforce Administrator Certification
    • Product ownership or business analysis experience (3+ years)
    • Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
    • Stakeholder management and communication skills
    • Experience defining user stories and acceptance criteria
    • Understanding of Salesforce data model and security
    • JIRA or Azure DevOps for backlog management

    Desirable:

    • Salesforce Health Cloud and Marketing Cloud experience
    • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent
    • Healthcare or dental industry experience
    • Experience with Salesforce integrations (APIs, middleware)
    • Platform App Builder Certification
    • Change management and training delivery experience
