Learning Consultant
12 month FTC
Hybrid - remote with occasional travel to Bristol
The Role
We’re looking for a Learning Consultant to design and deliver impactful learning that really makes a difference. You’ll bring our learning offer to life - creating engaging content, partnering with leaders, and driving adoption across teams to build capability and support performance.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop and deliver high-quality learning solutions aligned to agreed plans and priorities
- Bring learning to life through engaging, practical approaches that drive performance and capability
- Lead the delivery of key programmes and pathways, using a ‘train the trainer’ approach to build capability in leaders and teams
- Facilitate and support participation across a range of learning activities, from induction to core and initiative-led programmes
- Track and review impact, using feedback and insight to continuously improve learning outcomes
- Create simple, targeted communications to drive engagement and awareness of the learning offer
- Build strong relationships across the business to shape learning experiences and support development
- Champion a culture of continuous learning, including digital and self-led approaches
- Collaborate with wider teams to share best practice and enhance the overall learner experience
Skills/Experience
- Confident instructional design and facilitation skills, able to adapt approaches to different audiences
- Comfortable building relationships across a range of stakeholders, establishing trust quickly
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail
- Able to take a brief and turn it into agile, scalable learning solutions, using rapid authoring and continuous improvement
- Commercial awareness, with a solid understanding of how the business operates from a customer, patient and colleague perspective
- Effective coaching and influencing skills, supporting performance and capability development
