    • Work closely with the change function to shape business needs into functional solutions
    • Collaborate across the team to take solutions through to delivery, including planning key activities
    • Provide both functional and technical guidance throughout the delivery process
    • Produce and maintain clear documentation for systems, solutions and processes
    • Define and document solution designs, ensuring alignment with requirements
    • Proactively identify and manage risks and issues
    • Manage and gain approval for any changes to agreed requirements through governance forums
    • Support and review technical proofs of concept for new features
    • Contribute to sprint planning, including reviewing and validating estimates
    • Review and approve estimates for change requests during delivery
    • Maintain accurate project and requirements documentation
    • Challenge existing processes to encourage more efficient, lean ways of working
    • Bring a proactive, positive mindset and support strategic direction

    Skills/Experience

    • Experience as a Business/Solutions Analyst (or similar) in a delivery-focused environment
    • Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills
    • Ability to translate business needs into clear, practical solutions
    • Experience working across the full project lifecycle
    • Comfortable working in Agile environments (e.g. user stories, sprint planning)
    • Understanding of business analysis and requirements management practices
    • Strong documentation skills across requirements and solution design
    • Proactive, organised and able to manage changing priorities
    • ISEB certification (or equivalent) desirable
